DELCAM PROGRAMMER

Position: Delcam Programmer / CAM Programmer
Location: Hambra, Ludhiana, Punjab
Industry: Automobile Casting Manufacturing
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delcam Programmer for an automobile casting manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for Delcam/PowerMill programming, 3D tool-path generation, CNC/VMC programming and machining support.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify CNC programs using Delcam / PowerMill.
Generate optimized tool paths for automobile casting components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds and machining parameters.
Prepare and verify NC programs for CNC/VMC machines.
Optimize machining programs to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy.
Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Quality and Design teams.




Ensure required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience in Delcam / PowerMill.
Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and programming.
Knowledge of G-code/M-code, tooling and machining parameters.
Experience with automobile components / casting will be preferred.
Ability to work independently on complex 3D machining programs.
Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
