Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Qualification: Any Degree Language: Hindi proficiency is an added advantage Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and qualified Customer Relationship Executive to build strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system. - Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements. - Make follow-up calls and communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels.



- Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience. Requirements - Any graduate degree. - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a similar role. - Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. - Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
