our company Collab Interior, a growing interior design company creating stylish, functional, and personalised spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Sales Manager to join our team and drive client acquisition, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads for interior design projects.

* Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.

* Conduct client meetings and present interior design solutions.

* Prepare and explain quotations, proposals, and project packages.

* Convert leads into confirmed interior design projects.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

* Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.

* Follow up with potential clients and maintain an organised sales pipeline.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of experience in interior design sales, real estate sales, or a related field.

* Strong communication,



negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Good understanding of residential interior design and materials.

* Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Target-oriented and confident in closing deals.

* Good knowledge of Ahmedabad’s residential and commercial market will be an advantage.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in interior design or architecture industry.

* Strong client relationship management skills.

* Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, etc.

* Lead generation and conversion experience.

* Excellent negotiation and sales-closing abilities.

* Professional presentation and communication skills.
