Key Responsibilities of a Tender Executive/Manager1. Tender Search & Identification
- Monitor portals like GeM, CPPP, State eProcurement, and private tender sites for opportunities.
- Track announcements via emails, notifications, and government circulars.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and feasibility before proceeding.
2. Bid Preparation & Submission
Prepare technical and financial bid documents in line with tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, engineering, sales) for inputs.
Ensure timely submission of bids online/offline and attend pre‑bid meetings
