Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information regarding loan products.
- Explain loan-related products, processes, and basic eligibility requirements clearly.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Eligibility & Skills

- Previous telecalling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of banking and loan products.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
