Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth and performance of the Silver Jewellery & Gifts category through effective inventory planning, merchandising, product development, and store-level performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability across showrooms.
- Monitor store-wise stock levels, sales performance, and inventory movement.
- Drive category profitability through effective pricing and product mix.
- Monitor inventory turnover and identify opportunities for stock optimization.
- Develop action plans to reduce aging and slow-moving inventory.
- Identify recent product opportunities based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with Category Managers, showroom teams, and internal departments for category growth.
- Conduct regular showroom visits to review stock, product display, sales performance, and category requirements.
- Support and guide coordinators and showroom TFMs on product knowledge and category handling.
- Analyse category performance and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.




- Drive sales targets and improve store-wise category performance.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail, Category Management, Merchandising, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of Silver Jewellery & Gifts.
- Good understanding of inventory planning, merchandising, and stock management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on profitability and inventory optimization.
- Understanding of market trends and customer buying behaviour.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to showrooms for business reviews.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
