- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Handle end-to-end student visa processing for the UK and Canada.
- Providing counsel and information regarding the visa application process to applicants.
- Guide students on visa requirements, documentation, financials, and immigration regulations.
- Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.
- Solid knowledge of UKVI regulations, CAS process, financial documentation, credibility interviews, and visa procedures.
- Coordinate with counsellors, universities, and internal teams to ensure timely visa submissions.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent student service throughout the visa process
