Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building client relationships, and converting business opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Connect with prospects and explain our digital marketing services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
