- Coordinate and oversee the execution of organization projects and programs
- Communicate and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the NGO’s goals
- Plan, organize, and implement fundraising initiatives to support the organization’s projects
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of projects and programs
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that the organization operates within its means
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to NGOs
- Network with other NGOs, government agencies, and private sector organizations to promote the NGO’s mission and projects
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee staff and volunteers
- Conduct public relations and media interactions, presenting the work and accomplishments of the NGO to the public
- Prepare and submit activity reports to the board of directors or other governing body

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
