Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Conducted detailed heat load calculations for pharmaceutical cleanrooms and hospital environments.
- Prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications for HVAC equipment and components.
- Designed ductwork layouts, performed air flow calculations, and selected appropriate air filtration systems (e.g., HEPA, ULPA).
- Performed psychrometric analysis to maintain accurate temperature and humidity control.
- Drafted and reviewed tender documents for HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Selected suitable chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and pipework based on calculated loads and project requirements.
- Visited project sites to conduct assessments, verify installation, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinated with clients, consultants, vendors, and other engineering disciplines for seamless project execution.




- Collaborated with customers to define design goals, technical requirements, and project constraints.
- Calculated chilled water pipe sizes based on GPM flow rates to ensure hydraulic efficiency.
- Selected HVAC equipment based on calculated data, performance curves, and system requirements.
- Prepared complete design packages including layout drawings, equipment schedules, and system schematics.
- Developed detailed scopes of work for AHUs, FCUs, chillers, duct systems, and associated mechanical systems.

Qualification : Diploma-Mechanical , BE.(Mechanical) M.TECH

Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HVAC Design engineering within the pharmaceutical industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
