Job Summary

Responsible for the safe, timely, and professional pick-up and drop-off of customer vehicles and customers, while maintaining valuable customer service and ensuring vehicles are handled carefully.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and drop customer vehicles from their location to the service centre and back safely.
- Ensure timely collection and delivery of vehicles as per customer commitments.
- Drive vehicles responsibly and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Inspect the vehicle for any visible damage before pick-up and after delivery.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle pick-up and drop-off details.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of customer vehicles during transit.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Report any vehicle-related issues, delays, or incidents to the concerned supervisor immediately.




- Assist the service team with other vehicle movement requirements when required.

Requirements

- Valid 2-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Previous driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to handle customer vehicles carefully and professionally.
