We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of candidate sourcing, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Review and screen resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews with candidates.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining.
- Coordinate the offer and onboarding process.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets and close open positions within timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and records.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
