Senior Sales Executive – Interior Design Firm

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹15000– ₹20,000 per month + TA/DA + incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate leads and grow our client base for interior design projects across residential and commercial segments.

Responsibilities

Generate leads for potential interior design clients

Meet architects, builders, and developers to build referral partnerships

Identify residential and commercial projects nearing completion

Present our services and follow up with prospects until closure

Maintain lead records and report progress regularly

Requirements

Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written) is a must

Solid communication and networking skills

Willingness to travel and meet clients on site

Preferred

Experience in sales for an interior design or similar field

Knowledge of interior products and materials.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Interior Design.

- Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with high-end clients and vendors.

- Tech Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM software or design/social media tools.

- Aesthetic Sense:

Basic appreciation for interior design styles, materials, and home decor trends.

- Organization:

Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts at once.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
