Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with mandatory real estate industry experience to join our team. The candidate should have experience creating attractive marketing creatives for real estate projects, property promotions, digital advertisements, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for real estate projects.
- Create social media posts, Instagram creatives, Facebook advertisements, and digital marketing creatives.
- Design property launch campaigns, project advertisements, site-visit promotions, and lead-generation creatives.
- Work on branding, layouts, typography, color combinations, and visual concepts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.




- Develop creative designs that attract potential property buyers and generate leads.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback and maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills

- Mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media creatives and digital advertising designs.
- Solid creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous real estate designs is required.
