Job Summary

YoungMinds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives with excellent communication skills and proficiency in regional languages. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, explaining products and services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls and customer interactions.
- Communicate with prospective customers and explain company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- English is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Malayalam
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
