ServiceNow CMDB Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Administrator with strong experience in CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB Governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CMDB data quality, managing Discovery, supporting Identification & Reconciliation processes, and ensuring CMDB compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB platform.
- Manage CI classes, relationships, lifecycle, and data governance.
- Monitor and improve CMDB Health and data quality metrics.
- Configure and support Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Mapping.
- Manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.
- Perform CMDB audits, data reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and data integrity issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to onboard services and maintain accurate CI data.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery.
- Solid experience in CMDB Governance, Data Quality, and Configuration Management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
- CIS Discovery - Preferred
- CIS ITOM - Preferred

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
