WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / IN-CHARGE

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate Stock Inward & Outward Records
- Receive and process Customer / Distributor Orders
- Supervise Order Picking, Packing & Dispatching
- Ensure On-Time Order Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
- Monitor Stock Availability & Reorder Requirements
- Maintain proper Warehouse Arrangement & Product Storage
- Handle Clients, Distributors & Customer Enquiries
- Manage Customer Complaints & Order Issues professionally
- Coordinate Returns, Replacements & Damaged Products
- Verify products, quantities and invoices before dispatch
- Maintain Daily Stock & Dispatch Reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase & Logistics Teams
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties
- Ensure warehouse Cleanliness, Safety & Discipline
- Reduce stock shortages, damages and dispatch errors
- Perform regular Physical Stock Verification





Preferred Skills
✔ Strong warehouse and inventory management skills
✔ Good communication & client-handling ability
✔ Leadership and team-management skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge / Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
✔ Ability to work responsibly under pressure
✔ Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG or direct selling will be an advantage

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)Benefits:
