We Are Hiring – HR Executive / HR Manager
Location: Lucknow
Experience: 3–5 Years
Freshers with solid HR knowledge can also apply
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & onboarding process handle करना
- Attendance, payroll & employee records maintain करना
- HR policies & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC etc.) manage करना
- Employee engagement & training programs organize करना
- Employee grievances handle करना & performance management
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- HR operations & MS Office / HRMS software का knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
