About the Role

Alphapaw is looking for an energetic and reliable Office Staff member to join our team. If you love pets and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Qualifications & Skills

Pet Lover:Must genuinely love working around animals.

Communication: Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage).

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, emails, internet browsing, and data entry).

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day office tasks, record-keeping, and appointments.

Manage customer inquiries and assist visitors at the shop/grooming station.

Coordinate with grooming staff and assist in scheduling appointments.

Maintain digital records and track inventory/billing using computer systems.
