Homepac Express Packers & Movers is looking for a responsible, active, and dedicated Supervisor for its Guwahati office. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operational activities, coordinating packing and moving services, managing staff, and ensuring the safe and timely handling and delivery of customers’ goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily office operations, packing, loading, unloading, and delivery activities.
- Manage and coordinate packing staff, labourers, drivers, and delivery personnel.
- Ensure the safe handling, packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of customers’ household and commercial goods.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pickup schedules, delivery timelines, and service requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and daily operational activities.
- Maintain daily records of consignments, delivery status, expenses, and other operational documents.
- Ensure proper use of packing materials and company equipment.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding daily reports, pending deliveries,



and other business activities.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and service quality in all assigned operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates will be preferred.
- Previous experience in packers and movers, logistics, transportation, or warehouse supervision will be an advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and staff management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain daily reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Knowledge of Guwahati and nearby areas will be preferred.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and suitability.
