We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (IT Sales – Web & App Development)

Experience: 0–3 years (IT / Digital Services sales preferred)

Salary: ₹12000 – ₹ 35000 per month + Attractive Incentives on every deal closed

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and smart Business Development Executive to sell our Website Development, App Development and Digital Services. You will call leads who have shown interest in our services. You will also find new businesses and companies that need a website or app, and pitch our services to them.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Handling:

- Call leads who filled enquiry forms for website / app development

- Understand the client's business, requirements and budget

- Explain our services, portfolio, pricing and process clearly

- Schedule meetings / demo calls with the technical team

- Send proposals and quotations, and follow up until closure

Outbound / New Client Acquisition:

- Find potential clients (startups, small businesses, shops, brands, D2C companies) through LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, Instagram, etc.

- Spot businesses with no website, an outdated website or no mobile app, and pitch suitable solutions

- Do cold calling, LinkedIn outreach,



emails and WhatsApp follow-ups

- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads

Sales & Reporting:

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain lead and deal records in CRM / Excel

- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

- Coordinate with the development team for a smooth project handover

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

- Basic understanding of websites, apps, e-commerce and digital marketing (training will be provided)

- Confident, convincing and target-driven attitude

- Good at handling objections and negotiating

- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, WhatsApp Business and email

- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
