Job description for Technical Support EngineerExperience in Production support- Incident management, Problem management, Root Cause analysis, Ticket analysis and reporting.
Working experience of L1 support
Provide support, guidance and assistance to Jr. Support Engineers.
Required Candidate profile
Positive understanding of web proxies and DNS.
Knowledge of deployment and configuration.
Proactive and adoptable to new technologies.
