As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring compatibility across multiple software components.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
