Business Development Manager – Automatrix Global (Kerala , Tamil Nadu)

Automatrix Global is introducing USA brand to the Indian market, with an initial focus on Kerala , Tamil Nadu and subsequently the wider South Indian market.

The brand offers a premium portfolio of Paint Protection Films (PPF), Colored PPF and Automotive Window Films, With high product quality, strong international positioning and competitive pricing for the Indian market,

We are looking for an experienced, highly networked and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can play a key role in establishing and scaling the dealer network in India.

THE ROLE

This is not a conventional sales position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market, creating the dealer network and generating substantial recurring business for Automatrix Global

The role requires extensive outdoor sales activity and direct engagement with:

- · PPF installers
- · Premium car-detailing studios
- · Automotive window-film dealers
- · Car-accessory businesses
- · Automobile dealerships
- · Premium used-car businesses
- · Automotive distributors

· Multi-location detailing and automotive-care companies KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Launch and develop FlexiShield within the assigned territory.

· Identify, approach and onboard high-potential automotive-film and PPF dealers.

· Establish a strong network of active and productive dealers.





· Develop key accounts capable of generating significant recurring monthly volumes.

· Conduct regular market visits, dealer meetings and product presentations.

· Coordinate product demonstrations, trials and technical presentations.

· Communicate FlexiShield’s product quality, specifications, applications and commercial proposition.

· Develop business across PPF, Colored PPF, Window Films and other automotive-film categories.

· Generate consistent monthly turnover through new business development and repeat dealer orders.

· Build solid long-term relationships with dealers, installers and automotive businesses.

· Identify potential distributors and strategic partners for new territories.

· Monitor competing brands, market pricing, dealer margins, schemes and product developments.

· Provide structured market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.

· Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate customer database.

· Coordinate closely with management regarding pricing, dealer development, marketing and territory strategy.

· Follow up on orders, payments and collections.

· Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
