Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Maintain professional communication and build good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and meet targets.
