About the Role

Naveera Technology is looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React.js, backend development, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and developing scalable web applications, building robust APIs, integrating AI/ML capabilities, and working across both frontend and backend layers.

This role requires strong hands-on development skills, ownership of technical deliverables, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.js.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of object-oriented and modular programming.
- Develop robust and scalable REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Design backend services, business logic, data processing workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate React.js applications with Python-based backend APIs.
- Work with AI/ML technologies to develop or integrate intelligent application features.
- Build and integrate AI/ML models, APIs, or services into production applications.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Design efficient database schemas, queries, and data-access layers.
- Develop unit and integration tests and ensure application quality and reliability.




- Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and performance optimization.
- Work with Git-based version control and follow modern software development practices.
- Collaborate with product, data, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

Backend – Mandatory

- Python – Expert level
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one:
- FastAPI
- Flask
- Django

- Solid REST API development experience
- Object-Oriented Programming and design principles
- API authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations
- Exception handling, logging, debugging, and performance optimization

Frontend – Mandatory

- React.js – Strong hands-on experience
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5 and CSS3
- React components, hooks, state management, routing, and API integration
- Responsive web application development

AI/ML – Strongly Preferred

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML application development or integration
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into web applications
- Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, or AI/ML frameworks is an added advantage
- Python-based AI/ML development experience





Database

- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent databases
- Database design, query optimization, and data modeling

Development & Cloud

- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- Docker/containerization
- Experience with AWS or GCP is an added advantage
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure is preferred

Good to Have

- Experience building AI-powered web applications
- FastAPI + React.js full-stack development
- RAG / LLM application development
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks
- AWS/GCP cloud services
- Microservices architecture
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Redis, Kafka, or other distributed technologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Has expert-level hands-on experience in Python.
- Has strong experience building production applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Has strong React.js development experience.
- Has practical exposure to AI/ML and modern AI application development.
- Can independently take ownership of features from requirement design development testing deployment.
- Has strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Is comfortable working from the Naveera Madurai office 3 days per week.
