We are looking for a Polymer Engineer with experience in PET preform and bottle manufacturing to optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and troubleshoot polymer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize PET injection molding and stretch blow molding processes.
- Monitor PET resin quality, drying, IV, clarity, and processing parameters.
- Troubleshoot defects such as haze, black spots, warpage, and uneven thickness.
- Conduct material and process trials and implement improvements.
- Reduce material wastage, rejection, and production costs.
- Ensure food-grade compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and raw-material suppliers.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:
2–6 years in PET preform/bottle manufacturing preferred.

Skills:
PET processing, injection molding, stretch blow molding, troubleshooting, quality control, and process optimization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
