Purpose of Job:

- Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and multifunction devices under the Managed Print Services (MPS) framework. The role ensures high uptime and customer satisfaction by providing timely service and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and commission printers, multifunction devices, and related peripherals at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on devices as per MPS schedules.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor devices and report usage, errors, and maintenance requirements through MPS management software.
- Manage Customer service deliverables (toner, parts) efficiently to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, service reports, and parts usage.
- Monthly basis Reading updating necessary for Field tagged printers.
- Train customers on device operation, MPS portal usage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the MPS team, technical support, and vendors for complex issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, security policies, and MPS protocols.
- Engineer should cover the minimum 250Km Surrounding Area.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Communication should be familiar with English and Hindi.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Escalation management.
- Focus on Cost Management.

Specific Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
- Prior experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) setting is preferred.
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of devices from OEMs like HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, etc.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP configuration, network printing, driver installation).
- Proven experience in handling customer support and on-site service activities.
- Familiarity with service tools, ticketing systems, and reporting.
- Experience with MPS software tools (e.g., Xerox, HP, Ricoh, Canon portals).
- Knowledge of network printing, print drivers, and print security solutions.
- Certification in printer maintenance or vendor-specific training.
- Two-Wheeler is Mandatory along with Driving license.

Educational Requirements

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / IT, Any related to technical field

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
