We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals who can manage daily cinema operations, lead frontline teams, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable movie experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cinema operations, including ticketing, food and beverage counters, and auditorium activities.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate frontline employees to deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor cinema cleanliness, auditorium readiness, and overall service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company operating procedures.
- Monitor cash handling, sales performance, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.




- Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and crowd management during peak hours.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, cinema operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude and leadership potential may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
