About the Role

Devout Growth is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations, recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary guidelines.
- Manage employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and employee engagement.
- Conduct performance appraisals, employee evaluations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Coordinate salary revisions, incentives, payroll processing, and full-and-final settlements.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, warning letters, and termination letters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Manage employee exits, notice periods, handovers, and clearance procedures.
- Prepare HR reports covering headcount, attendance, recruitment, attrition,



and employee performance.
- Lead the HR team and maintain a professional, productive workplace.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in an IT company, digital marketing agency, or corporate environment preferred.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience independently managing HR operations in a mid-sized organization.
- Solid employee management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and department heads.
