Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced JEE/NEET Counselor to guide students and parents regarding JEE and NEET preparation programs. The role involves student counselling, lead follow-up, cold calling, sales, and converting prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET preparation programs and courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up with leads to generate admissions.
- Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course structure, benefits, fees, and admission process.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Handle student and parent queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Update lead details, follow-ups, and admission status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for a smooth enrolment process.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in JEE/NEET Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and admission conversion.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound calling.
- Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Graduation is preferred.
