Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Manual & Automation with strong expertise in API testing, UI testing, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading QA activities, designing test strategies, executing manual and automated testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage manual and automation testing activities across the application lifecycle.
2. Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
3. Perform comprehensive UI and API testing for web-based applications.
4. Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks.
5. Identify suitable test cases for automation and improve overall automation coverage.
6. Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
7. Analyze defects, identify root causes, and work closely with developers and business teams for resolution.
8. Track and report testing progress, defects, risks, and overall QA status.

Review test cases and automation scripts prepared by team members.
10. Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
11. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA team members.
12. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills:

1. 8–10 years of overall experience in Software Testing / QA.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
3. Strong experience in API Testing.
4. Strong experience in UI Testing.
5. hands-on Automation Testing experience.
6. Experience with any one of the following automation technologies:
7. Python + Playwright
8. Java + Selenium
9. Low-Code Automation Testing tools
10. Valuable understanding of automation framework design and maintenance.
11. Experience in regression and end-to-end testing.
12. Strong understanding of defect management and QA processes.
13. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
