We're seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Marketing cum Sales executive to drive the growth of our premium epoxy art design product lines. In this dual role, you'll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationship with artists and commercial clients, and executing creative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibility:
1: Sales & Business Development

- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients, Including Independent resin artist, woodworking/furniture, studios, craft, academics, DIY influencers, and retailart supply stores.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Pitch product advantages (e.g., crystal clarity, UV resistance, bubble-free formula, heat resistence) to prospective clients and secure monthly orders.
- Market expansion: Explore and secure partnerships with local art schools, hobby workshops, and exhibition organizers to build community presence.
- Negotiation and closing: Handle inqueries, provide accurate product quotes, negotiation pricing for bulk orders, and close sales effectively to meet monthly target.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate record of client interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-ups using our track system.
- Influencer Collaborations:



Identify and collaborate with prominent resin artists and influencers for product reviews, tutorials, and brand ambassadorships.
- Event Coordination: Organize, participate in, and represent the brand at art exhibition, Trade shows, and live resin-pouring workshops.

Qualification & Experience:

- Experience: 1-2 years experience in Sales & Marketing, ideally within the art suppliers, construction chemicals, decorative coatings, or DIY/Craft industry.
- Industry Passion: A basic understanding of or a strong passion for epoxy resin art, woodworking, or creative crafts is highly advantageous.

Required skills:

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitchh technically complex chemical properties in an easy-to-understand way.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to build rapport snd close commercial transactions effectively.
- Social media savvy: Familiarity with basic visual content (reels, short videos, stories) showing product applications.
- Problem solving: A helpful mindset toassist customers with basic troubleshooting (e.g., curing times, mixing ratios).
- Self motivated: Ability to work autonomously and manage both Field sales visit & Digital marketing tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
