HR Recruiter – Patel Motors

Location: Indore | Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-time

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle Blue Collar & White Collar recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate sourcing through job portals, references and walk-ins.
- Candidate calling, screening and interview coordination.
- Regular follow-up for interviews, selection and joining.
- Coordinate salary discussions and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Coordination with HODs and department heads for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
- Candidate and stakeholder coordination for interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Inter-department coordination to ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

- Graduate with good communication skills.
- Recruitment experience preferred, especially Blue Collar hiring.
- Good calling, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
