· Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Administration, or Management preferred)

· Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in front office / desk, customer relations, or administrative roles.

· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Customer service orientation with a professional and pleasant demeanour.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth visitor and client interactions.

· Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors professionally while ensuring proper visitor protocols.

· Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, and courier management.

· Maintain and update appointment schedules, meeting calendars, and conference room bookings.

· Support senior management with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics coordination.





· Supervise reception area upkeep and ensure compliance with company standards for hospitality and security.

· Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and admin teams to ensure seamless office operations.

· Assist HR and Admin teams in employee engagement activities, onboarding coordination, and record management.

· Handle petty cash, office supplies, and vendor follow-ups where required.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and always uphold company policies.
