Job Description

- Looking for L2 Application Support / Production Support professionals.

- Strong experience in Python OR C# is mandatory (either one is acceptable).

- Candidates should have hands-on experience in automation/scripting; this is not a core development role.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience is required.

- Positive understanding of application workflows with the ability to work independently with minimal handholding.

- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, etc. is preferred; candidates should understand how applications integrate with these tools.

- Environment consists primarily of Java-based legacy applications, so understanding application architecture is important.

- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
