Job Overview

Grow Web Technology Private Limited is seeking a motivated and organised HR Intern to support recruitment activities and daily HR operations. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and candidate coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with candidate sourcing through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Contact candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and interview updates.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Support attendance records and routine HR administrative activities.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and update internal databases.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and team members.

Eligibility Criteria





- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- A degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets are desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR and recruitment.

Stipend

₹8,000 to ₹24,000 per month, depending on skills, suitability, and the applicable stipend structure. The final stipend will be communicated during the selection process.

Work Schedule

Full-time internship. Working days, daily hours, and internship duration will be communicated during the hiring process.
