Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive – Influencer Marketing to plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns for brands and clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer campaign execution, creator coordination, social media platforms, and client communication. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple campaigns, coordinating with influencers, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the timely completion of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Identify, research, and shortlist suitable influencers and content creators for client campaigns.
- Coordinate with Instagram influencers, YouTube creators, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Understand client requirements and prepare campaign briefs, content guidelines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with creators regarding content concepts, scripts, shoots, revisions, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign timelines, creator deliverables, and content publishing schedules.
- Monitor Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts,



and other influencer content.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and content calendars using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Collect published content links, screenshots, reach, impressions, and engagement data.
- Prepare campaign reports and coordinate campaign closure.
- Coordinate creator payments and invoices with the Accounts team.
- Maintain professional relationships with influencers, clients, and creator managers.
- Research trending content, social media trends, and new influencer opportunities.
- Support campaign planning, creator negotiations, and influencer outreach.

Required Skills

- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Practical knowledge of influencer marketing and social media marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
- Experience in influencer sourcing, creator coordination, and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, influencers, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
