About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our online business across Amazon, etsy, ebay and other leading e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, inventory, pricing, promotions, online advertising and sales growth.

1. Marketplace Management Manage seller accounts on Amazon, etsy , ebayand other relevant platforms. Handle seller dashboards, account health, compliance and marketplace issues. Identify opportunities to launch products on new platforms

2) Product Listing & Catalogue Management Create recent product listings with titles, descriptions, keywords, images and product specifications.



Optimize existing listings to improve search visibility and conversion. Manage product variations, sizes, colours, SKUs and pricing. Ensure accurate product information across all platforms.

3) Daily Online Sales & Operations Monitor daily orders, sales, cancellations, returns and refunds. Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for timely dispatch. Maintain inventory availability and prevent stock-outs. Resolve listing suppression, order and payment-related issues.
