Job Description: Social Media Marketing Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months
Location: Bilekahalli, Bangalore (Near BTM Layout & Vega City Mall, J.P. Nagar)
Stipend:

Months 1–3: ₹10,000 per month

Months 4–6: ₹12,000 per month

Full-Time Opportunity: Based on internship performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

2. Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and short-form videos.

3. Research social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, and competitor activities.

4. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.

5. Coordinate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas.

6. Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.

7. Track campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.

8. Assist in brand promotion, audience engagement, and online community management.

9. Explore new ideas to improve brand visibility and social media performance.

Requirements

1. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

2. Strong interest in content creation, branding, and social media trends.

3. Good communication, writing,



and creative thinking skills.

4. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Instagram Insights, or video editing apps is an advantage.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

6. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

7. Prior experience is not mandatory; freshers and enthusiastic learners are welcome.

Internship Details & Advantages

1. 6-month structured internship with hands-on experience in social media marketing.
