Profile: Operations Manager
Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience in factory operations Textile industry experience is mandatory Roles:
Supervise blue-collar workers and workmen on a daily basis Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time Manage daily manpower, attendance and work allocation Monitor incoming and outgoing material and maintain proper tracking records Check material movement, usage and dispatch Supervise overall day-to-day factory operations Coordinate with management on manpower, material and operational requirements Ensure smooth, disciplined working at the factory Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (a diploma or degree in Textile/Production/Operations is preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile factory or manufacturing setup
