Job Description

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills to join our team as Business Support Executives.

The role involves handling customer and business enquiries, making calls, following up on leads and coordinating with the Sales team.

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support or Lead Generation are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Respond to customer and business enquiries.
- Identify potential leads and share them with the Sales team.
- Follow up with customers and potential clients.
- Handle basic email communication.
- Maintain daily call details and lead records.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for regular follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of other regional languages is also preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel,



email and computers.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with customers.
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support or Lead Generation is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
