- Engineering qualification – B.E./B.Tech. preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in an engineering/EPC/manufacturing/project-oriented organization.
- Valuable understanding of engineering terminology and ability to read technical documents.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with senior clients, vendors and consultants.
- Ability to connect quickly with new people and adapt to new environments.
- Strong personality with professional etiquette and maturity.
- Ability to initiate conversations.
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements even when the discussion is not deeply technical.
- Good presentation and meeting-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and professional email communication & updated with use of Social Media platform.
- Willingness to travel with CMD for client meetings, exhibitions, seminars and project-related visits.
