Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and community-oriented Teacher & Centre Administrator to support the effective functioning of our education centres at Sarita Vihar and Mewala Maharajpur. The role combines classroom teaching, children's development, community engagement, centre administration, documentation, and coordination. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment while supporting children with their academic, digital, social, emotional, and life-skill development.

This is an Unpaid Volunteering work

Key Responsibilities – Teaching & Learning

- Help underprivileged kids with Maths & English
- Introduce children to basic digital literacy and computer skills.
- Assist in teaching fundamental computer operations, typing, and responsible use of digital devices.
- Available 2-3 days in a week.
- Encourage the protected and meaningful use of technology as a learning tool.

Social, Emotional & Life Skills Development

- Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, teamwork,



and self-confidence.
- Create opportunities for children to develop empathy, kindness, respect, and responsibility.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong teaching and classroom management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language/community context will be an advantage.
- Basic computer and digital literacy skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, educational materials, and reports.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Location & Mobility

The position is based across Sarita Vihar and Mewala Maharajpur. The candidate should be comfortable working at either centre and undertaking local community engagement activities as required.
