OB DESCRIPTION – AGENCY CHANNEL
Position: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager
Industry: Life Insurance
Channel: Agency
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Experience: 1+ year in Sales preferred
Preference: BFSI / Insurance Candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing agents.
- Motivate agents to achieve business and sales targets.
- Generate new business through the agency channel.
- Conduct regular field visits and agent meetings.
- Support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition and policy conversion.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with agents and customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
