Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise overall plant maintenance activities.
- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine issues.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, records, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance planning.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure machines and equipment are maintained as per safety and quality standards.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team.




- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers for machine repairs and AMC activities.
- Support continuous improvement and maintenance cost reduction initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of CNC machines and precision manufacturing equipment.
- Positive understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team handling and maintenance planning experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
