Position: Project Manager - Civil

Location: Gaya, Bihar

Experience: 10-12 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

- Overall in-charge of the complete project at Gaya site
- Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and timely completion of project
- Preparation of project schedule, work program, and resource planning
- Daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting to Head Office

2. Technical & Quality Management:

- Review of drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Ensuring quality control and quality assurance as per client/MES/Defence standards
- Checking layout, leveling, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, finishing works
- Coordination with design team, structural consultants and client engineers

3. Billing, QS & Documentation:

- Checking and certifying contractor/subcontractor bills
- Preparation of client RA bills,



reconciliation of materials
- Maintaining all project documents, site registers, hindrance register, labour reports
- Handling measurement books and quantity estimation

4. Team & Resource Management:

- Leading a team of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers
- Manpower, machinery, and material management at site
- Vendor development and subcontractor management
- Conducting daily toolbox talks and weekly progress meetings

5. Client Coordination & Compliance:

- Single point of contact for client at site (Defence/MES Officials)
- Attending client meetings and resolving technical queries
- Ensuring safety compliance, statutory compliance and labour laws at site
- Cost control and minimizing wastage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
