Job Summary

Adonta Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, client ledger management, and payment follow-ups.

The role involves regular communication with clients through phone calls and emails, along with managing monthly invoicing and client-specific billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting-related activities.
- Prepare and manage monthly invoices for all clients.
- Follow different invoice-related processes and requirements for each client.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments through phone calls and emails.
- Record and maintain payment receipts received from clients.
- Maintain and update client ledgers accurately.
- Track outstanding invoices and pending payments.




- Coordinate with clients regarding invoice queries, payment status, and required documents.
- Ensure invoices are raised correctly and on time every month.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with other accounts-related activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in accounting, tally, invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and ledger management.
- Positive spoken English - Mandatory.
- Valuable written English and ability to independently draft professional emails - Mandatory.
- Comfortable making payment follow-up calls with clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, invoices, and payment follow-ups independently.

Salary

₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
