Job Description – Operations Executive (File Processing) Company: Sabrimala Fintech Private Limited Industry: NBFC / Banking & Financial Services Job Location: New Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Position: Operations Executive – File Processing Qualification: Graduate or Above Salary: ₹2,00,000 Per Annum (CTC) Candidate Preference: Candidates Preferred Key Roles & Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end loan file processing, documentation, and verification. - Scrutinize loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. - Coordinate with Sales Officers, Branch Managers, and lending partners for smooth loan processing. - Verify customer KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, and other required documents. - Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and pending cases. - Track file status, resolve documentation discrepancies, and ensure timely processing. - Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and update loan processing records. - Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines. - Support the team in achieving operational efficiency and timely loan disbursements.



Required Skills & Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline; B.Com, BBA, or related qualifications preferred. - Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. - Basic knowledge of banking, NBFC operations, and loan documentation preferred. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data management. - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
