- Experience: 3+ years in travel sales management.
- Role Overview: Lead overall sales strategy, drive revenue growth, manage lead conversion pipelines, and mentor team leads to hit company targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans for domestic and international tour packages.
- Monitor sales funnels, conversion metrics, and CRM pipeline activity.
- Handle key client accounts, high-value inquiries, and complex holiday customizations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal demand to maximize revenue.
- What We Look For: Strong leadership track record in travel sales, expertise in CRM/lead software, excellent negotiation skills, and deep destination knowledge.
